Our team gets hundreds of submissions through our forms every month, what would be helpful is to have the confirmation of the form submission to be emailed to more than one person. Currently, the form only allows a single “email address” field and we have had to find workarounds to add more but no confirmation gets sent automatically. Having the option for multiple emails to receive the confirmation would be great.

@anon14739880 Hava you tried to set the notifications on the project so that people get notified as soon as a new task is creating the project? This will be triggered by the form submission.

@Paul_Grobler - We are looking for an email confirmation to be sent to the person submitting the form - who do not have access to Asana and are our clientele. Because of this, the notifications wouldn’t solve the problem.

A workaround would be to use an integration with Flowsana that could do just that if you set the triggers up correctly.

Hi Paul, this is a great tip, however, I can only send one email notification per rule. Have you been able to send multiple email notifications using that Flowsana app action or through any other method? Thanks.
