Internally submitted forms should automatically add the team member details to the name/email fields (if enabled).
Internally submitted - do you mean submitted by user Authenticated in Asana?

Yes. The form is only made available to other team members that are using Asana. Similar to a Google Form that requires users to be authenticated to submit data.

Shouldn’t we rephrase this feature-request as Member-only forms, “Require Asana Login to submit a form”?.. Since the feature does not yet exist. Automatically recorded username/email would be extra feature for that?
An alternative is - enable submission for everyone, but make Asana already logged-in users to have their name and email prefilled.
Yet another alternative is to remember the value of Name and Email the user had flled in, and prefill for subsequent form submissions. This should be definitely possible with little complications, since these fields are special in Asana Forms.

Since the forms already have mandatory fields for Name & Email, it would be ideal to check a box to auto-populate those fields when creating a form. Another approach is to auto-populate if details are available and leave them editable.
