Hi, I’m implementing Asana as a production design tool for a mid-size digital marketing agency. Both internal and external teams are using to communicate. So far so good except for the access and confusion of the “Forms” tab. Since external users have access to “updating” the forms it has caused us a major headache of unintentional editing and deleting. It’s a HUGE pain point for me. I’ve written process & workflow guides for the external team but it’s rarely used (go figure). Any way to limit access for certain users?
Not directly, unfortunately. But see these two articles for some ideas:
Ah! There articles are extremely helpful. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help. Much appreciated. Happy Asanaing
