Form editor's 'Questions' tab should include 'Name' question

Reference:

In the form Questions tab, there is ‘Email address’. We find it greyed out because it is already added to the form by default, with a useful prompt when we hover over it.

The ‘Email address’ question is special as it validates an email address and in the actually rendered form, it prompts ‘Enter your email address’ in the answer box, as per below:

The exact same can be said for the ‘Name’ question. It is also special in that is displays ‘Enter your name’ in the answer box and it will also auto-populate (along with the email address) when the form’s access settings are set to ‘Organization only’ and also ‘Add submitters in my organization as task collaborators’ is enabled:

Issue:

If you delete the ‘Email address’ question from the form, it will be available to add it again from the list in ‘Questions’ tab - good :+1:

If you delete the ‘Name’ question from the form, it is lost - there is no way to bring it back, unless you are fast enough to click the ‘Undo’ pop-up which last a few seconds. You’re then forced to either cancel changes and reopen the form or create a new form from scratch - bad :-1:

Ask:

Make the ‘Name’ question available from the list of Questions tab and treat it in a similar manner as the ‘Email address’ question. Additionally, in line with this post, I would also make the special ‘Name’ question better distinguishable within the form’s questions.

Additional Context:

I have had clients ‘wrongly’ use a Text-type question in place of the native ‘Name’ question or ‘Email address’ question, simply because they ‘lost’ it or deleted it, resulting in them losing out on the ‘special’ functionality that the native ones offer.

Below shows the benefits of using the native ‘special’ questions (1st & 2nd) VS using just text-type questions, which simply render ‘Enter your answer’ in the answer boxes (3rd & 4th question).

I’m afraid that the UI, in its current state, does not promote the correct usage of these ‘special’ questions.
