Forgot pasword and cannot get an email with new log in

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
My colleague forgot his pasword and we cannot get an email with new login.

If i try on mobile i get a message as in the screenshot, when i try in firefox browser it says it will send a new login by email, but the email never arrives.
