Flowsana and Using Templates

Hi all,

I’m looking to automate the off-boarding process (to a degree) using Flowsana.

When I create a rule to have Flowsana create a project from a project, it doesn’t allow me to select the off-boarding template. In fact, it only allows three templates (and, we have more than that).

Any thoughts?

Here is an example of what I see. I type “off boarding” and nothing comes up.

Also, here is when I type “off boarding” - and only have the “office” option available - and just for communication’s sake, here is the off boarding project, so you know it exists.
