I would like to have the ability to flag a specific task on a board or list view. Something similar to the 'Importance" flag in Gmail. In meetings when I am running through items on a board it would be great if i could have a quick way to reference which tasks need to be talked about. I could then flag and unflag easily so I know what needs to be addressed in the next meeting. I could use Tags for this however, I use tags for a lot of other things so it does make it look confusing.
