Find team member password?

I am setting up Asana on a members new phone. I have installed the app, have her email, but she does not know her password and I have no record of it. Is there a way to; 1) find her existing password, or; 2) reset to a new password?

I have tried to email support from asana.com but get an error message that there is something wrong and it will not send.
