I’m trying to convert my workspace into an organization, which is currently linked to my personal gmail. When I go to “Workspace Settings,” I don’t see the dialog box that’s featured here. Rather, I see the attached.
So when I try to input my work email address, it tells me to reauthenticate and takes me to gmail, which is not my org’s service provider. I don’t know if this is happening because my gmail is also linked to another organization, but please help!
