Hi, Since last week I’m having issues to attach files to Asana tickets. I tried restarting, different web browsers, different files, through the app, etc. , but nothing works. Could you help me with this, please? Thanks! ---

Hello @Anouk_Broos Welcome to the Forum!! Sorry you are experiencing issues uploading file. What is the error you are getting? Could you please share screen shots? The browser you are using, the size of the file you are trying to upload. Asana has a limit of 100MB per file to upload to a task. So worth checking his first too. And if you are trying to upload files via other services, it is worth checking the authentication with of that service with asana too. Hope this helps! Rashad ---

I have been having the same issue with my organization. My image is only 60 KB. However, I don’t have a problem uploading images to another organization’s task. Why is this the case? ---
