Hi! I have a question and maybe some feedback. We had a staff member offboard, but they had set up external actions to send an Outlook email to their team each week. Since they have left, we cannot easily shift that external action over to the new staff member (and there are quite a lot). Even though there is language on Asana that indicates if you “become owner” of the automation, you would need to re-authenticate to your Outlook email. Except this does not work, at all. We have an enterprise account, I am a super admin on our account, and project admin on the project with the external actions. There are many actions in Asana that our staff is having trouble with - it may be that Asana is not best for what they are trying to do, but some of the actions should be straightforward enough and easy to implement.

- our Automations need Team control so that everyone gets notified when the rule breaks and not just the creator.
- Outlook sends the email from the Rule Creator (while allowing you to choose a different Reply To address). In Operations, I create rules for many teams, and am now the voice/face of the department for reachouts? I don’t like that.
