I’ve synced data from Asana to a google sheet and linked it to a pivot table in order to get “live” dashboard. Unfortunately the columns in the exported sheet end up in a different order after updating information in Asana.
How can I fix it?

Consider using a different tool to create the table / visualization. Some options include Google Data Studio, PowerBI or Tableau. With each of these you’ll be able to sort by date in a natural manner no matter the order of the data.
