Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: I have a saved search returning me 1600 rows, I’m using the option Export>Sync to google sheets in order to play with this data in gsheet
But on gsheet I only have 223 rows… why? btw same with exporting a csv
Steps to reproduce:
Export>Sync to google sheets, put the =IMPORTDATA(xxxx) link in gsheet
Browser version: Chrome Version 96.0.4664.93 Mac OS
Hi @patchap, welcome to the Asana Community Forum and thanks for your report! I’m afraid I’m not able to reproduce this issue but our support team can assist further. Could you forward this thread to them and share the following information to speed up the process:
The Google Sheet synch routinely truncates at 250 rows. Google Sheets Sync Truncated at 250 Rows I have to assume Asana knows about it, as they provide a notification as part of the export:
As to why you get only 223 rows rather than 250, I’m not sure (maybe subtasks?), but the 250 row limitation is longstanding and anyone who exports to Sheets can hardly have missed it.
