I would like to see an additional license setting (preferably free within the current paid structure or minimal cost) to allow those team members assigned to project(s) to complete a task and enter a note. I have a project that is across our enterprise with several hundred managers needing to complete a checklist as we roll-out a new workflow. Currently we track this in Excel and Loop, however, as the PM of the project, I want everything within one place and one application. Providing a limited license to these folks within Asana would allow me to assign those checklist tasks to an individual(s) and track progress there. Paying for a full editor license for this many folks for a short time frame is not economically feasible or smart for the organization. It is a temporary ask for these folks, and other programs allow this type of limited access.
Asana currently offers view-only free licenses for the Enterprise tier, and to be honest I don’t see them offering free or cheaper version of a member with a “light” feature set…
