Hi @Georgia_Tinker , welcome to the forum 👋 It sounds like you may have been logged into the wrong Asana instance. Click on the coloured circle in the top right corner (or your profile photo) and check the list of Asana spaces (workspaces or organizations, associated with your Asana account). Make sure to click into the correct one so that it opens a new Asana tab which should have your teams and projects appear there. This should logically also correct the issue you are facing with Instagantt. Additionally, try logging in from an incognito/private tab - that may also help work out the issue.
