One thing my org would love to see is the ability for admins to “endorse” global fields for org-wide use, as @Jenny_Jockheck mentioned here: https://forum.asana.com/t/custom-field-gallery-v2/670681/14
We’ve got quite a few fields (office location, service group, market area, etc) that are relevant for all users, but the existing ones often get missed/duplicated as people set up new projects and portfolios.
