Email Notifications for Forms

You are correct here. When a Form is submitted, the Project Members don’t receive an email notification even if they have enabled to receive Email notification for Activity updates. The only member that receives an email notification is the assignee of the Task that has been created.

In order to receive email notifications each time a form is submitted and a task is added to the project, you’ll need to add a specific user as the assignee of all form submission tasks. This user will be notified by email every time a new form is added to the project.
