Email notifications are not working sometimes


The email notifications are not working sometimes in our team. For e.g. I have received one email notification for one task at yesterday at 8:05pm and I didn’t receive second notification for the same task at 8:06pm. Similar thing happened several times to my colleague.

Hi @Vamsi_Marri! When we can, we try to batch notifications, so it’s possible that one email contains several notifications. If that’s not the case, I’d recommend reaching out directly to our support team ( as they can check exactly what notification were sent to your email address.
