Duplicate profile created by system upon login attempt

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: When logging into ASANA and trying to access my pre-existing projects, a new profile was created for me instead. It features the same e-mail contact details and makes it impossible for me to access my former teams and projects = all login attempts default to the new duplicate profile instead of the original one.
