Duplicate account, same email

Hi, I take Asana everywhere I go, to each company. But first I test it for said company.
The last company I set up with was upgraded to premium a business email and not my personal. I’m pretty sure. But somehow, I think my personal email is still tied to that company account.

When ever I try and login with my personal address, my old password doesn’t work. I can do “forget password” and I get the password change link in my inbox but when I use it, I get messaged that I no longer have rights to that account.

Can you help me solve this? Can you help me rescue my personal email Asana account?
