Download file Users - Admin console not received

I wanted to download a CSV of the users via the Admin console. I got the messages that an email will be sent.
I’m waiting for quite some time, but I have not received anything.

  • How long should it take
  • Is there an alternative → file directly being downloaded

What to expect

  • The CSV is usually emailed within a few minutes.

  • Large organizations may take a little longer, but it shouldn’t take hours.

Quick checks

  • Make sure you’re an Organization Admin.

  • Check your inbox and spam folder for the email linked to your Asana account.

  • Try exporting again: Admin Console → Members → Export CSV.

Is there a direct download? Not currently. The CSV is sent by email.

If the email hasn’t arrived after about 30 minutes, contact Asana Support so they can check your organization.

I’m a super admin, like my colleague who received the file via email. So, I assume I have the correct permissions.
