Ditching Asana over arrogance: They won't let us use the product how we want to

Thanks for sharing your feedback and sorry to hear about these issues that have been bothering you, I can see you have already reported them on other forum threads. Customers are at the heart of everything we do (our Head of product has recently explained in the Forum How Asana co-creates our product with customers) and we try to address as many feedback as we can to improve users experience, while striking a balance to ensure decision we make work for as many customers as possible.

This is something you can easily do by creating a simple rule in your project asking Asana to assign all new task to you. Once it’s set up, you don’t have to worry about it ever again, Asana will assign these rules to you.

I’ve gone ahead and re-highlighted these two feedback to our team. While I can’t promise when they’ll be actioned, I can commit to keep you posted in the forum as soon as I have an update.
