Disappeared account



recently, one of our members was removed from our organization megapixel.cz. He was removed from all his important tasks he was assigned to or was following. We tried inviting him back to the organization, but it created a blank new account for him (we thought it would retrieve all his tasks after inviting him back). Is there a way to retrieve those tasks and his profile? He needs to get back to work as soon as possible.
