I found a user who clearly didn’t work 17 hours on his tasks yesterday, and I have now been tasked with helping them find where this problem is. I’m assuming the user mistyped a time in his actual time tracking, and I simply need to correct it.
I can’t seem to run a query showing which task the user added time to yesterday. What am I missing?
Hi @Tim_Rueb , I have a feeling that clicking on the bar of 17h doesn’t bring up the search results, right? (cos Actual time is not supported)
Have you tried just running an Advanced search?
Yes, clicking on a graphed object and producing the matching advanced search would be a great add to the tool, but it doesn’t; no I can not create an advanced search that would allow me to see what I need?
The reporting tool can use this data to generate the bar graphs I’ve been using, but the advanced search does not include it in the query.
