If I have two tasks due on the same day but at different start/due times, the dependency conflicts feature doesn’t work when I choose to maintain the buffer. It works if the tasks are due on different days but not at different times on the same day.
It has been like this forever 
same day dependency is considered broken… (even without times involved I believe)
Yeah it sucks. I posted this for a client hoping we could get this looked at.
