Dependencies broken with Task Templates

I cannot get Dependencies to work using Task Templates in a Project Template.

I had Dependencies set up and working on 9 Task Templates, but when I added relative due dates, all the dependencies seem to have been removed at that point. I was careful not to use relative due dates that confilicted with the dependencies.

These 9 tasks are highly critical that I get the dependencies working— does setting relative due dates just entirely remove the ability to use dependencies? I cannot fathom why, because you have to have a due date for everything for a dependency to work anyhow.

I’ve tried remaking the task templates. Dependencies just simply are not carrying into the task template from the original task.

This is so frustrating!

I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team with the URLs to the tasks and the expected dependent tasks, as they have access to additional tools that we don’t have on the Community team. It would also be helpful if you could provide some screenshots/recordings to our Support team.
