Deleted Users still available to 'Tag' on iPhone app

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help me with this.

We have deleted a users account fully, and you cannot tag them when on a PC/Laptop, but when I use the app on my iPhone, you can still tag them,

Any idea why? Is this a bug or is there something else you need to do?

It’s possible that you have not removed these users from the Organization itself. To fully remove them from your Organization, simply follow the steps outlined in this post Team Members Who Are Deleted Are Still Showing

We have followed the steps suggested above, but the users are still available to tag.

Like I say, its only via apps and not via the web based page on the PC
