I have an unusual case where a deleted user created several templates that the rest of the org is no longer able to edit or delete. We need to modify the template, but everyone is “comment only”. Is there a way to fix this? I am an admin and am unable to edit anything. I have contacted support twice with no response whatsoever. Any help is appreciated.
