Happy New Year! An update for you all:
- We’re actively in the process of testing an exciting evolution of the Task Pane that not only removes the 60 custom field limit, but also groups custom fields by Project.
- In removing the prior 60 custom field limit visibility on a task, we create a new problem: when factoring in product limits, navigating thousands of fields - even when organized by project - to find and edit the right field is laborious and/or prone to error.
- We’re actively working on adding contextual search for the soon to be expanded list of custom fields to ensure that as we remove limits, we don’t sacrifice usability.
- I’ll need to make sure we meet your expectations on order though! Submitting an internal ticket now.
