Hi, Please can someone tell me why when I create the form with a DATE field, when the form user enters the date the YEAR is missing, it only puts the day, month, and then time.
Am I missing something obvious?

Hi,
That happens when the year is the current year. If you pick a date next year, it shows up 
Be assured that the date is fully saved, not just day and month.
