as I tried now for days to find a solid solution to track the time a project stays in a column and was moved to another I ask myself if there is any option to crawl the data out of the grey project history in every task.
As I tried no every timetracking integration, no company offers that option for now. Do you have some tips?

That won’t help you - that activity stream is not guaranteed to be 100% complete; changes are sometimes consolidated such that not all of them show.
As @Bastien_Siebman said, really the only way to achieve what you want is to use the Events API or Webhooks to know when a column (section) move occurs, and record it yourself in some external location.
