My apologies if this isn’t the correct forum to post this question, but I’m having a hard time figuring out how to contact Asana other than their sales team. Anyway, we are having a problem with the Dashboard feature. After typing in the “update status” box, the “set status” button remains grayed out and won’t let us post. This problem started about 2 weeks ago.
They have a support site you can try.

Hi @Glenda_Niven! In order to be able to click on the “Set status” button, you need to:
- Write something in the “update status” box
- And select a color (green, yellow, red) to indicate the status of your project
Once meet these two criteria, you should be able to click on “set status”.
