Customize Rule Jira Cloud + Asana

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to customize a rule between Asana and Jira Cloud to automate some actions, but it requests a Business subscription or higher (we are Premium Asana users). In the following link Jira Cloud + Asana • Asana it says:

  • Automate your processes with Rules: increase operational agility and efficiency while reducing manual work. With Rules and Jira Cloud, you can automatically create a new issue in Jira Cloud based on actions that happen in Asana.

But it doesn’t tell you that you require to pay more for this feature. Is there any work around to create customized rules between Asana and Jira Cloud with a Premium account?

Yeah correct for most rules you require the business subscription see Using Rules in Asana | Product Guide • Asana Product Guide

Now you might be able to work something out in combination with other tools such as Zapier for example.
