# Customize Button Shows Error

On one of my company’s boards, the Customize button is displayed in red does not load when the user clicks on it. All other boards are fine. Anyone know how to reset this or what might be the problem?

It usually means there is a rule inside that broke because a field was removed. But not being able to open it looks like a bug to me! ping @Emily_Roman@Rebecca_McGrath

I haven’t been able to reproduce this on my end. Is the user a Member or Guest in the Organisation and do they have full edit access to the project or comment-only?
