From a Team perspective I would like to be able to understand what are all the open projects, and I would like to be able to do this via customizable dashboard. That way I can add fields and format as I need to. I can bring in information from multiple layers of the projects. Some from a project/portfolio layer, down to a task field layer. This way I can group and summarize projects accordingly.
This will also help with cross functional reporting, and optimization when there are tasks that occur across multiple projects. This should also be able to carry with this it permission levels accordingly. Then roll up to higher levels within an organization. So a team can roll up to a department, to an executive group.
Also have the ability to add fields in this space and formula. Examples add create date, then days aged in buckets etc… a true comprehensive dashboard.
