Custom rules created during the Asana trial cannot be deleted

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Custom rules created during the Asana trial cannot be deleted if your pricing tier is below Business. This results in a lot of confusion and clutter for our project manager since new basic rules can be created and are mixed in with the old disabled rules. We played with the rules a lot during the trial and even set some that we would never use to test the functionality. I feel that if something can be created during the trial, it should be abled to at least be removed if we plan to stay on a tier lower than what the trial offered.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to a project, click customize in upper right, scroll down to rules.
  2. Click a custom rule created during the product trail.
  3. See that the delete box is grayed out.

In this case, I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team as they have access to additional tools that we don’t have here on the Community team to be able to look into this further for you :slight_smile:

Thanks for the comment. Support was able to help me in the end by reactivating the trial to delete the rules that had been setup. I still think this probably should be looked at in the future by the development team since it did take us a week to resolve an issues I feel like might just be a simple oversight regarding the permissions on rules created during the trial. I completely understand not being able to create rules in lower pricing tiers, but it does seem kind of odd that you can’t delete old ones or ones that you don’t want to use anymore.
