I created a new field that is a muli select. I have items listed in the multi select field. I need those new items to show up in rules so I can select them to build a rule. They are not showing up right now so I can’t build a rule around them, how do I get the field selections to show up in rules?
That’s surprising. You can’t find the field when looking at the available conditions? Have you tried using the search in the conditions panel?
thank you for your reply. It was very surprising, indeed. I ended up figuring it out. I had two fields with the same name. I unknowingly selected the previous one, so that’s why the new fields I created did not show up. I ended up finding the solution and it was my error. TY again for trying to help.
