Custom fields on Goals — List view & Reporting improvements

Hi,
It would be extremely valuable if:

  1. Custom fields could be displayed and used directly in the List view of Goals.

  2. These fields could also be leveraged in Reporting (charts), similar to how it works for tasks and projects.

This would greatly improve our ability to structure, visualize, and analyze goal-related data in a more dynamic and actionable way.
