Custom Fields not available to another team member



I can see the “Manage Custom Fields” entry in the menu, but my assistant who is part of the same team cannot… Any idea why?



Is your assistant a Guest?

Hmm does she have an @templana email? If she isn’t a member of your org or she’s a free user who you’ve managed to add to your team that could be the reason. I don’t want to expose your personal info so feel free to send me a private message and I’ll follow up.


She did not connect with her email, that is the reason then?
