It would be nice to be able to input/create custom fields in the project description. Using Asana in an Architecture Firm it would be nice to able to input client name, adress, budget, contractors, engineers, etc.
I couldn’t agree more. I thought that Custom Fields were going to be for projects; the reality is they apply to tasks. This is fine, but not being able to put fields against data is a serious limitation of Asana.
Thanks That is certainly a good news - bad news story. I think we probably don’t need most of the features of portfolios, other than the one I mentioned, so that’s a bit disappointing. Seems more like a basic feature to me.
