Please allow for custom fields in the Admin panel to help track our users, e.g. in our organization it would be helpful if we could put in a “department field”.

This is a cool suggestion! While custom fields in the Admin Console is not something that’s currently on our roadmap, hopefully it’s something our Product team can implement in the future.
