I’ve created a custom multi-select field called ‘Categories,’ with 11 different options that can be assigned to a task. Each category is linked to a specific project. I set up an automation rule so that when any of the 11 categories are selected (whether one or multiple), the task is automatically added to the corresponding project. However, I’ve noticed that when more than three categories are selected, only two projects are added, and the rest of the rules are ignored.
@Shay_Ryan - welcome to the forum! Could you post a screenshot of your setup? Do you have one rule with branching or one rule for each option?

logs or histories of automation actions. Review these logs to see if any errors or skipped actions are reported when multiple categories are selected.
After identifying the issue, I can assist you in adjusting the rules to ensure they work correctly.
