CSV import - no start dates for import

Unfortunately, here in the Forum our team doesn’t have access to troubleshooting tools, and we can only handle widespread bugs that we can easily reproduce. Also, this thread is a bit old, but if you are following the instructions listed in this article and you’re still seeing any results that don’t match with the supported functionality, please kindly reach out to our Support team so that they can investigate if it’s a bug.

I’d recommend including a copy of the CSV file in your request as well as a screenshot of what you see on your end so that they can try to reproduce the exact issue. I hope this helps!
