Created a template but functionality now restricted.

I created a template today for the first time. Since then when I send instructions via Picturebot, they don’t reach our Pictures desk.

Steps to reproduce: 1 create template. 2 create subtask on a task in the template. 3 assign to Picturebot 4 no usual email alert // check the Pictures queue and work not in there.

Browser version: Chrome Windows

Thanks for reporting this issue and sorry for the trouble here.

It sounds like you’re having issues with subtasks assigned to Picturebot not generating email alerts. Please correct me if I misunderstood.

I suspect the issue here is that Picturebot wasn’t added as a member in the new template project. Can you please confirm if that’s true?

If Picturebot is not a member in the template project yet, can you please add them as a member and let me know if the issue persists?

Hello Barbara,

It’s not just email alerts, but anything put through to Picturebot doesn’t reach Pictures. Picturebot is a member of my FTFM team that has access to the template.

For speed’s sake I may have to get rid of the template. How do I do that, please?

You can delete the template project the same way as other projects. Please find instructions to delete projects in this guide article.

If you would like, our support team can also investigate the issue with Picturebot in the template project further. To contact them:

  1. Access
  2. Select “I’m having trouble with”
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Let’s chat”
