I’ve created a capacity plan for non Asana members as a project in Asana. I’m trying to allow users to submit an excel attachment via a form which has the same custom fields as the project.
I’ve tested an import of the file as a csv and it works to import the tasks as I wish but i’m unsure of how this will work as an excel attachment in a form. I need the users to see their overall capacity so cannot just use the form fields and need the excel format before they submit. When i test the form submission with sample data as an excel & csv attachment in the form, it just imports the form as 1 task. I’ve tried to use AI to create a task from each row in the file but that’s not working either.
Any guidance would be appreciated if this is something that can be done or not.
