Create an 'in tray' for the whole team

Hi, I’d like every task we create to be added to a project called ‘in tray’ for full visibility of all team members can i set this up??

Yes, sure you can, on a paid plan that is!

Once you create your intray project, you can create the following rule in every project that you want tasks to also be added to your intray project:
When task is added to the project, (optionally add a condition, otherwise leave blank) then Add task to your intray project (optionally onto a specific section).

If you are on Enterprise tier you could add this rule to a Bundle and then apply the Bundle to all your projects so that the rule gets duplicated into each project.

Just fyi, @Richard_Sather’s helpful reply will not address tasks anyone creates in their My Tasks or via the quick add “+”. You could have everyone who needs it add a similar rule to their My Tasks.
