Copy error in My Settings > Notifications dialog

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Misleading text: Suggests checkbox only applies to status updates for projects that are in portfolios but actually applies to 1) status for projects regardless of whether in portfolios or not, and 2) also to portfolio statuses too

Steps to reproduce:
Just go to My Settings > Notificaiton
