When working on a project, the control panel is visible on the top of the list view like this image 1.
When clicking on a task - the panel disappears behind the expanded task view.

I think it wuld be best to keep the panel visible at all times and reduce the side task view by a bit.
During a project team meeting, we agreed to update some rules for the project. I took my notes in a task. While coming to action them, it was difficult to create the rule while still looking at my notes. Does that make sense?
