Constant Contact approval system

Hi. I’m looking for suggestions. I love the “add feedback” option for approvals in Asana. Two things I need feedback on often though are Constant Contact mass email drafts and WORD docs.

With CC, I send a test email to myself and others and ask for approval of the draft. With Word Docs we have to use Sharepoint or email. I’d like to have as many processes in Asana as possible.

FYI Our Sharepoint cannot be connected to Asana. Centralized IT is a process for our organization.

Just looking for best tips on how to best streamline our approval processes. Thanks!
