Completed Task Reporting


We’d like to have reporting on how many tasks an individual has completed but we also have a rule that when a task is completed, it gets reassigned to another individual (may not be who the original assignee was).

How does this affect the count of the original assignee?


You can’t. You may want to use subtasks so you don’t need to change the assignee.

Are you saying that when the assignee changes AFTER the task is completed. The reporting will not reflect that the original assignee had completed the task?

Reporting is live. So it pulls data when you click on the report. If you re-assign the task, then the completion goes to the new assignee.
